Deluxe Confetti Surprize Bouquet

Deluxe Confetti Sparkle Surprize is a helium filled balloon bouquet with 3 Large 45cm confetti balloons and 6 themed foil balloons. You choose the theme of the bouquet from our selection below. We add Sparkle Collars to the latex balloons to add the Sparkle in the bouquet and we add Party Dots onto the base and it really brings the bouquet to life.
